ABOUT ME
Music has always played a central role in my life. For as long as I can remember, I have been sitting at the piano. Growing up in a family of musicians, with both parents working as piano teachers, there was never a time in my life without pianos. I vividly recall playing under my parents’ grand piano while they prepared their lessons or concerts. The desire to play myself arose quite naturally, and once I began, I never stopped. My career choice developed in a very organic way.
After completing my piano studies in Vienna, where I continue to live and work today, I spent two years in London. Today, I am active primarily as a pianist, specializing in contemporary piano music and art song accompaniment. I perform as a soloist, appear in various chamber music ensembles, and devote myself with great passion to working with singers. I am especially curious about and inspired by contemporary music, and I greatly value close collaboration with composers. In addition, I am proud to be a member of the faculty at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, at the Ludwig van Beethoven Institute.
