ABOUT ME
Music has always played a pivotal role in my life. From as far back as I can remember, I have been at the piano. Growing up in a family of musicians, with both parents being piano teachers, there was never a time without pianos in my life. I fondly recall playing beneath my parents' grand piano while they prepared for their lessons or concerts. The desire to play myself emerged quite naturally, and once I started, it seemed to develop into a pursuit of a career in music by itself.
My brother, who also plays the piano, is the only one in our family who has left the world of piano behind professionally to become a drummer. We are all curious to see which instrument my little niece will choose one day—there are so many possibilities!
Until I was 17, I also played the violin, but at some point, I made the decision to focus entirely on the piano. After studying piano in Vienna, where I still live and work, I spent two years in London. I am proud to be part of the faculty at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and work freelance as a pianist. I can be heard in various chamber music formations and perform as a soloist while dedicating myself with great passion to accompanying songs. I am particularly curious and excited about contemporary music, and I greatly value collaborating with composers. In all the projects that bring me joy and inspire me, I find creative fulfillment.
