I am a classical concert pianist from Vienna, specializing in contemporary piano music and art song accompaniment. Whether as a soloist, in chamber music, or alongside a renowned singer – I love bringing music to life while striving to preserve each piece’s authenticity, originality, and unique character, and at the same time giving it a special touch. On November 13th, 2026, KEY:ARTRECORDS, in collaboration with contralto Cornelia Sonnleithner, will release the new album “Der Tod, die Muse” with songs by Gustav Mahler, Modest Mussorgski and Johannes Brahms.
The song, from the collection Des Knaben Wunderhorn, is presented in its original version for voice and piano.
The album will be available on CD as well as on all major streaming platforms.

With their new album “Der Tod, die Muse” (“Death, the Muse”), alto Cornelia Sonnleithner and pianist Clara Sophia Murnig invite listeners on a musical journey through transience, memory, and transformation.
Works by Gustav Mahler, Modest Mussorgski, and Johannes Brahms form the core of the album and, at the CD presentation, are complemented by compositions by Robert Schumann and Beat Furrer.
Together, they create an arc spanning from the Romantic era to the present day.
Voice and piano engage in dialogue as equal partners. The art song becomes an immediate space of expression between loss and consolation, longing and new beginnings.
